Frequently Asked Questions

How is The Masters Circle different from other organizations?
The Masters Circle is not a practice management company, though we do help you in many ways with managing and growing your practice. Actually, The Masters Circle is a community for chiropractors who want to make the most of themselves and their opportunities in practice. Our approach differs from most management companies in that we concentrate on helping you improve yourself, so that your efforts accomplish more. Much like chiropractic is based on an “inside-out” viewpoint, so does The Masters Circle direct attention toward growing you as a person, so your practice follows suit.
Through personal growth exercises like affirmation, goal-setting, visualization, and numerous other techniques for self-development, you will reinvent yourself as a new and improved version of you. Then, when you apply the tools of practice building, you have more raw materials to work with and your results reflect it.
“Who you are determines how well what you do works –
Success comes from you, not to you.”

What is Identity-Based Consulting™?

Identity-Based Consulting™ is a technology of personal and professional growth that emphasizes beliefs, values, behaviors and habit patterns to predict and amplify success and fulfillment. When you develop yourself as a person, your strategies for success will work better. So, we use a spectrum of ideas, concepts, metaphors and exercises to help you become a better you, which then affects every aspect of your life and practice. The actions you take will have more impact, and your stress will reduce because you are working more efficiently than ever.

How can you help me build my practice?
A successful practice is the product of a success-minded practitioner applying successful strategies, so our work with you revolves around both “being” and “doing” – in other words, before we devote a lot of time and energy to practice building, first we must make sure that you have enough capacity to handle what you are aiming at. Then, you’ll be coached in many areas, including new patient acquisition, patient education and compliance, money management, staff leadership, philosophy and all office procedures, so you can show up big in your practice and follow through on what you learn.

How does the coaching work?
Our Custom-Tailored Coaching model is designed to meet your needs, no matter what size or type of practice you have. In addition to seminars, you will have the opportunity to meet privately and in groups with our team of consultants, each of whom has both a wide knowledge about all aspects of practice growth and management, and also specific areas of expertise that you can tap into as needed.
In addition to meeting with coaches on a regular basis, you are invited to participate in both Open Consulting and teleclasses. As a member, you will be assigned to a coach, and will also have access to the entire coaching team.
Your first coach typically will go through your Practice Evaluation and Identity-Based™ Questionnaire with you, make recommendations about refinements that would help, and otherwise direct your studies. Do your reading assignments and exercises on a timely basis, and call in for your consulting visits on time. In our culture, if you’re not early, you’re late, so please help us help you by taking responsibility to show up the best you can.

What if I need immediate help?
On occasion, you may have a quick question, and if so, you don’t have to wait for your regular coaching appointment. You can simply call on one of the Open Consulting times. To see the available open consulting times all you do is log into your Member’s Area of the website, click on “Open Consulting Calendar,” and choose a session to get your questions answered. Dial in, key in the pass-code, and the coach will be there to help. In a pinch, you can always call our headquarters at (800) 451-4514 and one of our coaches will help.

I am a new practitioner– where do I start?
