Hello, I’m Dr. Bob Hoffman, President of The Masters Circle…and for the past few years I have had the privilege of delivering my year-end Presidential Address to you — only this year I am forced to do it by videotape.

Those of you, who know me, know that if there was anyway for me to be there with you in Orlando, and share this fabulous Super Conference with you, I would.

In fact, I promise you — I miss you more than you miss me. But, once my temporary health challenge is over, I’ll be back with more energy than ever before — and frankly I can’t wait.

There is just so much to do and so much to accomplish as we at The Masters Circle continue in our quest to help this profession ascend to its rightful place — at the top — where the health care delivery choice in America and indeed around the world becomes Chiropractic wellness care.

When people in our industry refer to our company, The Masters Circle, they tend to group us in with all the other “management consultants”.

That would be the same as grouping Chiropractic in with all healing arts. On the outside, they appear similar to those who really don’t comprehend, but on the inside there is a world of difference.

Unlike the others, The Masters Circle has a unique vision and a higher purpose which is to help build a worldwide, quality-of-life-driven health care delivery system, featuring Chiropractic in the leading role.

It is to help as many Chiropractors as possible build the practices of their dreams and the best lifestyles they can imagine. And, this is not just some fancy rhetoric.

Our job, as we see it, is to help Chiropractors raise their standards, elevate their self-esteem and grow their self-images until they become truly happy and successful Chiropractic practitioners.

Our function has been to help DC’s transform themselves into confident, congruent, philosophically sound, clinically competent doctors, who not only have tremendous skill in practice management, but who know that “Who they are determines how well what they do works.”

At The Masters Circle, we work on YOU and you work on building your practice. And, by the way, while this sounds easy, we acknowledge that it is, in fact, very difficult.

It takes a special person to enter into a program that works on your weaknesses and then helps you transform them into your strengths, rather than to simply encourage you to take actions you are ill-prepared to take.

Whatever it is — the buzz is out — and The Masters Circle’s unique “Identity-Based” approach has caused our company to double in size over the past few years.

We are the only Chiropractic Personal Development and Practice Building company in the world that has 10 thoroughly trained very competent, ultra-successful and caring Chiropractic consultants on staff who literally speak to hundreds and hundreds of Chiropractors each and every week.

And, we lead the field in another very important category. Three of these incredibly talented coaches are female, because 30% of our profession is female and that number is growing year by year.

This year, we have presented our unique message which has been delivered with clarity to numerous state associations, Parker seminars and Palmer Lyceum. In addition, we have had the opportunity to work with graduating students at 4 chiropractic colleges and we have written articles for almost every Chiropractic publication.

We have had the privilege and the pleasure to speak to the National Chiropractic Leadership Forum as well as the Leaders in the ACA and the ICA as our message of unity is finally resonating throughout the entire profession.

This is consistent with our vision and desire to unify this profession and we believe that we are much closer to unification and cooperation to advance the profession than at any time in the past.

I am thrilled to share with you some of our future goals and projects that are nearing completion.

Important projects like live Face-to-Face Consulting which we believe will maximize the coaching process and make it even more effective, producing better results than ever before.

Long overdue projects like Women’s Seminars which will be designed to educate and empower female DC’s by defining the 3 roles every professional woman wrestles with: How to effectively balance being the Professional, the Spouse and the Mother.

Starting the first quarter of the new year, our seminars will be on Friday and Saturday only as we shift and adapt to the changing times that have occurred since 9/11 where people want to get home on Sundays to spend time with their families.

Please know that both days of seminar will be packed with high powered energy, professionalism and of course, cutting edge material.

Major shifts in policy and procedure like our new unique Club Membership Agreements that reward doctor’s commitment to wellness practice management as we move towards an even more attractive model.

We know that to change, improve and to maximize your self-image and self-esteem takes time, and our Club Membership Agreement ensures your success and personal growth.

We are doing research and development for home tutorials for you that are easy, fun and extremely effective. We want to reduce your learning curve and increase your capacity.

You see, we are committed to bathing you in practical information you can immediately use to grow and prosper.

This year, we introduced the new and improved UCCAFF program. This is another example of how The Masters Circle’s contributes to transforming our profession away from the fee-for-service allopathic model and towards creating a high volume, low overhead, non-insurance dependent, family and wellness practices.

This is already revolutionizing how successful DC’s are practicing as they return to the true doctor patient relationship and raise their standard in the process. It is allowing more and more patients to experience the miraculous results Chiropractic is famous for.

We get thank you and congratulatory letters every day from our members about their successful experiences with UCCAFF and how they are better serving their patients because of it.

One of our doctors called UCCAFF, the most important advancements in chiropractic since the adjustment.

Our members are Up over 20% in NPs, Office Visits, Services and Income for the third year in a row. While the rest of the profession, sadly enough retracts each year, The Masters Circle doctors consistently outshine the rest of the profession and we are so very proud of this.

If we project our 2002 practice statistics to the end of this year, members of TMC to attract 96,000 new patients, lovingly give over 3.6 million adjustments and collect over 160 million dollars.

This is impact ladies and gentleman, a movement in the profession and a voice to be heard.

Low self-esteem, epidemic in our profession, causes and produces 100 patients per week with a PVA of just 19 visits. Our doctors average 170 per week and we have many DC’s at 400 or 500 hundred visits per week and a few ready to break 1000 visit mark per week.

Clearly, our philosophy, concept, standards and vision consistently produce outstanding results.

Please allow me to share with you the qualities and characteristics of our Ideal member…

They are committed to personal growth; they consistently invest in themselves and know that this is the most important investment that they can ever make.

They set goals, do their daily affirmations, meditate and visualize their success. They keep a success journal, adjust specifically, regularly do re-exams, hire, train and motivate their all-star team of CA’s and associates.

They are adaptive and welcome change; they make distinctions and realize that life is about learning lessons.

They are connected to the information age with an up to date high powered computer system with email capability in the office and at home…and they have decided to invest in a dedicated phone line for a fax machine.

They keep their stats and more important, they keep their word. They are responsible and passionate. They read the Masters Guide and consistently study to maximize their skills.

They become big brothers and sisters to other chiropractors, they assume a leadership role in the profession and they refer students to chiropractic colleges.

They work on themselves every single day in their quest to be attractive and to magnetize into their life the people, places and circumstances that make their life magical.

By increasing our own attractiveness, we as a company continue to expand as we resonate with ideal members like this, so we constantly work on ourselves and on our company to improve our services and to continue to attract the best quality members.

There are many unique and special qualities that separate The Masters Circle from other consulting firms; however, the most significant is that we specialize in what we call Identity-Based consulting.

Please allow me to define this better for you. Personal development always precedes practice development. Personal growth always precedes practice growth.

Success is a mindset, an attitude and a consciousness. SUCCESS DOES NOT COME TO YOU, IT COMES FROM YOU AND WHO YOU ARE ALWAYS DETERMINES THE RESULTS YOU GET. In order to Have anything you must first Be someone.

We laser focus our attention on maximizing who you are, removing the subluxations in your head and the interference in your personality so that you purposefully manage and lead yourself to whatever goals you set and to express greater levels of your potential.

In a profession that suffers from an identity crisis…the only solution in our experience is the “Identity” model of coaching and empowering. This is our specialty and our unique contribution to the profession.

Ladies and Gentlemen, members and Guests, I am proud to report that the State-of-the-State of The Masters Circle is excellent and expanding.

The company is healthy and it is growing. We are attracting just the right doctors, CA’s and strategic alliances as well as growing the profession’s future leaders.

Larry, Dennis and I are fully engaged in our mission and purpose and we are so proud of you as we consistently produce great results for our beloved profession.

Thank you, the sensational members of TMC for aligning with our message and movement. Thank you for making the decision to invest in yourself and for being part of our family.

Thank you for helping to unite our profession and thank you for becoming the role models for our future colleagues. We expect to be working and growing together for years to come.

In conclusion, I want to personally thank you for all your unconditional love and support, for your emails and notes of encouragement. For me, besides my family, you are what makes life so great, grand and glorious.

I leave you today with this thought that makes me proud and continually raises my self-esteem — I leave you with this simple but important truth…

NEVER BEFORE IN THE 107 YEAR HISTORY OF THIS GREAT PROFESSION HAS THERE EVER BEEN A BETTER TIME TO BE A CHIROPRACTOR!!
