Chiropractic Coaching: The 6 Essentials – For The Patient, Not Just For You

Welcome to this Week’s Thrive in Five. I’m Dr. Bob Hoffman for The Masters Circle Global, where legends are made in legendary practices are built through chiropractic coaching. Today I wanna discuss the six essentials they are for your patient also, and not just for you. The majority of us have a myopic point of view of our own practice. And yes, this is important perhaps though not as important as evaluating your practice from the patient’s perspective. If we look at the six essentials from the patient’s point of view, it will continue to expand your understanding of these six essentials, but give you yet another way to look at each of these points and how these are experienced by your practice members. We have focused on finding and eliminating as many points of friction and running your practice. But how about every patient looks at points of friction and if they feel connected to you, if they feel engaged with you, if they’re open to even the possibility of benefiting from ongoing lifetime care with you, the more obstacles patients have to overcome, the longer wait time to see you, the more paperwork they have to complete, the more indifference they feel from you or your staff, all lead to friction and end up with another inactive file.

Did you ever realize that the overwhelming majority of patients are not looking for the least expensive doctor? They all want the best doctor who creates value, who connects emotionally with the patient, and who consistently delivers on the promise to the patient. They want the best results and the best experience, regardless. Of course, you know what else patients want in today’s ever-changing marketplace. They want a doctor with high standards, a true professional, someone who really cares and who really gets them. Someone who continues to study and is fully engaged with the amazing energy and endurance all superstars have. Remember that if the doctor doesn’t make the connection, the turned off patient won’t allow the doctor to make the correction. Just like you, patients love passion brands. They’re looking at you and your practice to find the things they want to be passionate about in themselves.

Are you genuine? Do you take impeccable care of yourself? Are you empathetic? Do you have a practice of high energy? Do you practice what you preach? Do you consistently show up as the best version of yourself? Patients also look to you and your team as role models of excellence, who lead by their own example. They look to see how you live your life and how you are aging gracefully and not growing old. Remember to have what only 5% have. You must be willing to do it. 95% are unwilling to do. Quite frankly, the six essentials should be part of your daily and weekly training and meeting with your team. And it would be smart, very smart to look at each of these six essentials through the eyes of your patients. If you’re really serious about making an impact and moving in the direction of what is considered best in class, we gave you access to completing the discovery form that we created for you.

Has the faulting to the status quo best served you? I think not, and I believe you think not. Also, by completing the discovery form and paying attention and being open-minded, you’ll be able to see and make a few key distinctions that will shine the light of refinements and modifications in your thinking and in your actions every single day. In practice, that will give you instant traction for more growth, more excitement, more profitability, more um, productivity with your patients. You do not have to throw your current practice out. You just have to update it to today’s fast changing, best in class model. The fundamentals have changed. The focus has changed, the business model has changed, and you have to have an ability to influence your staff and your patients. The rewards will easily generate a dramatic shift in your practice. As you know, The Masters Circle Global has tremendous experience helping doctors just like you have their best year ever, year after year after year, because we act as their Chief Operating Officer and help them become masterful at communicating and keeping up with the changes in the marketplace.

And in practice, having a COO, a Chief Operating Officer, who has a deep understanding of any and all types of chiropractic practice, and who has been doing it with remarkable predictable results for decades and doing it at a fraction of what Chief Operating Officers typically earn. So here is my first suggestion to you. If you wanna reclaim your passion and purpose, and if you’re finally serious and realize you need to adapt and grow your practice like never before. And if you wanna learn more about why you need to become far more persuasive, productive, and, and profitable, on your screen right now, you’ll see a QR code take out your cell phone, aim the camera at that QR code, go ahead and do it right now. It will take you directly to a special site where you can complete the discovery form and learn a lot more about the six essentials and its impact on your practice. I’m urging you to get off that merry-go-round of continuing to do the same thing over and over again, and hoping and praying that it will magically just get better because the calendar changed. So take action, my friend, not for me, but for yourself and the people you care about, the people

You serve. Place your camera on that QR code and complete that discovery form. A bunch of simple yes or no answers. It should take you three minutes or less to complete, and then just submit it and we will get in touch with you and show you where those weaker areas are. But it’s also an act of self-study on your part. Have yourself a great day. Keep adapting. Keep using these six essentials not only for yourself, your team, and your practice, but also for your patients.
